Corrugator Operator- Anderson

Saica Pack, US is currently hiring for Corrugator Operators with the following qualifications:

The role:

Supervise and implement the process and operate the board machine following the directions of the corrugator shift supervisor to achieve the standards and levels of performance, quality and waste objectives respecting safety and environmental regulations.

• Apply Group Policies related to Equal Opportunities, Environment, Health & Safety, Equality and Quality.
• Check appropriate machine condition before start‑up.
• Observe SOP:
  • Lock out and tag
  • Start-up and shut.
  • Machine running
  • Quality checks
  • Maintenance Level 1, including maintenance tasks which can affect quality
  • Speed
  • Glue control,
• Assist the driver to remove tools, implements and materials used during manufacturing and put them away in their assigned place.
• Adhere to work procedures and standards defined in the work instructions.
