We are excited to announce that we are expanding into the US market with a new facility in Anderson, Indiana.

Saica Pack, US is currently hiring for Corrugator Operators. The incumbent will work safely, efficiently organize the paper supply schedule, and optimize Corrugator machine performance to achieve business goals. A clamp truck operative will focus on reaching targets using effective safety, quality and productivity processes and root‑cause problem solving as required.

• Understand clamp truck process operation and correct use, and be willing to multi‑skill.
• Demonstrate health and safety understanding and compliance.
• Maintain high hygiene product safety awareness.
• Obtain information, identify key problems, and make decisions.
• Apply world‑class manufacturing tools, such as 5S.
• Fully understand and follow processes.
• Work a 1st‑shift cycle and be willing to cover opposite crew members when required.
• Build productive working relationships and work effectively as a team player.
• Communicate well at all levels, share ideas, and contribute.
• Take initiative to problem‑solve, challenge & improve to deliver agreed targets.

• Undertake regular safety observations and participate in risk assessments.
• Ensure all 5S areas are maintained to a high standard through completion of regular tasks.
• Follow hygiene rules and requirements to minimize risk of contamination of production.
• Comply with quality standards.
• Contribute to overall profitability of the site by minimizing waste and optimizing machine performance.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping within the plant to increase productivity and minimize accidents.
• Participate in ongoing continuous improvement projects.
• Liaise and communicate with Shift Leaders, Corrugator Manager, and other departments as required.

• Specific training (detailed in specialised functions).
• Previous experience of clamp truck driving in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment (desirable).
• Experience of working on a shift pattern (advantageous).
• Proven team player and problem solver.
• Experience with IT systems (e.g., GPT).
• Q.S.E. knowledge/training.
• Health and Safety Manual.
• Basic technical health and safety understanding.
• Basic hygiene knowledge.
• Knowledge of hygiene and product safety rules and responsibilities.
