Nestlé USA is hiring an Electro Mechanical Technician to maintain and improve production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will focus on preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime, supporting safety, quality, cost, and service goals.
The role offers a 12-hour night shift schedule (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) with a night shift premium of $1.80/hr and a quarterly bonus structure. Training is provided on days, with OT as needed and 2/2/3 weekend rotation.
