Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking dedicated Foundry General Operators to join their team. As a Foundry General Operator, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the manufacturing team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks in a foundry environment

+ Operate foundry equipment safely and efficiently

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

+ Assist with material handling and production processes

+ Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in dusty and dirty conditions

+ Willingness to work in a hot environment

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

+ Background and drug screening required

+ Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
