Cabinet Finisher / Experienced Spray Finisher – $30/hr

Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Cabinet Finisher for a direct hire opportunity with a custom cabinetry manufacturer in Anderson, IN. We are looking for someone with at least five years of professional spray-finishing experience who takes pride in producing smooth, consistent, high-quality results. Candidates with finishing experience in cabinetry, furniture, millwork, wood products, automotive painting, or a similar industrial environment are encouraged to apply.

• Apply stains, paints, glazes, toners, sealers, and clear topcoats
• Operate HVLP and conventional spray equipment
• Sand, clean, and prepare cabinet components for finishing
• Mix and match colors and sheens according to specifications or customer samples
• Maintain consistent color and finish quality across custom projects and production runs
• Complete touch-ups, repairs, and blending as needed
• Keep the spray booth and surrounding work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with sanding, assembly, and quality control teams
• Track material usage and communicate supply needs or finishing concerns

• At least five years of professional spray-finishing experience is required
• Experience in cabinetry, furniture, millwork, wood products, automotive painting, or a similar industrial finishing environment
• Proficiency with HVLP or conventional spray systems
• Knowledge of stains, paints, sealers, conversion varnishes, clear coats, and multi-step finishing processes
• Experience with surface preparation, including sanding and sealer or primer scuffing
• Strong color-matching skills and close attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality workmanship
