About the role:
This is an on-site position responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills, a commitment to quality and safety standards, and the ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication, teamwork, dependability, and the leadership skills needed to train and guide Maintenance Technicians while collaborating across departments.
The pay range for this role is $30 an hour to $36 an hour depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related technical field or a minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical control systems, wiring issues, and 110V, 208V, and 480V single-phase and three-phase circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.
- Proficiency in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and computer systems used for maintenance documentation and reporting.
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with welding, machining, fabrication, plumbing, and building maintenance.
- Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with experience mentoring or training maintenance technicians.
- Experience supporting preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
