Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Digital Marketing
The Account Executive serves as a key driver of day-to-day client success, ensuring projects move seamlessly from strategy through execution. This role acts as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing relationships, coordinating internal teams, and maintaining alignment between client goals and agency deliverables.
The Account Executive is a highly organized collaborator who balances client service, project management, and marketing execution while supporting strategic initiatives led by senior account leadership. Success in this role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional work that strengthens client partnerships and agency performance.

Ensure clients experience organized, responsive partnership by translating business goals into clear agency direction and consistent communication. - Project & Campaign Execution
Keep work moving efficiently from strategy to delivery by aligning teams, priorities, and expectations across every phase of execution. - Operational Excellence & Collaboration
Strengthen agency performance through structured workflows, cross-team coordination, and reliable delivery standards. - Team Support & Agency Contribution
Contribute to a collaborative agency environment by supporting team growth, sharing ideas, and helping advance agency initiatives.
- Own day-to-day client communications including meetings, calls, and status updates
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and workflow across agency teams
- Develop budgets, estimates, and scope management for assigned accounts
- Support campaign and project planning aligned with overall client strategy
- Prepare and QA reporting, analytics summaries, and client deliverables
- Assist with billing processes and time reporting accuracy
- Organize and lead internal and external brainstorm sessions
- Provide ongoing campaign performance updates and client support
- Maintain organized documentation and project tracking systems
- Support leadership with proposals, research, and new business initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related agency environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Working knowledge of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively and proactively across cross-functional teams
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations
- Experience developing strategically sound and holistic campaign briefs
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
- Working knowledge of media best practices, and ability to cross-collaborate
