Family Nurse Practitioner - AndersonOpen Door Health Services (ODHS) is seeking a full-time, Family Nurse Practitioner at our Anderson Family Practice location. We are in need of a NP who can provide family practice services in our federally qualified health center (FQHC). Schedule- Monday: 8a to 6p
- Tuesday: 8a to 5p
- Wednesday: 8a to 6p
- Friday: 8a to 5p
Open Door Health Services is a not-for-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center. We provide comprehensive primary, urgent, and preventive healthcare services, as well as select specialty services and social support programs. Our physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral health providers, and staff offer friendly, expert care for individuals and families throughout East Central Indiana— with or without insurance. Ability to pay is not a barrier to care.
Services are offered at multiple locations in Muncie and Anderson.

- Complies with all agency policies and procedures concerning corporate compliance including privacy of protected health information.
- Obtains complete medical history and physical data on patients.
- Performs a complete physical exam and assessment and record finding.
- Makes independent provider judgements, collaborating with physicians in managing acute and long‑term medical needs of patients, as appropriate.
- Remains current in advanced practice changes within specialized area, and where relevant, translate these findings into clinical practice.
