REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - ANDERSON, INDIANA Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Envive Healthcare of Anderson. As a valued member of our healthcare community, you will provide exceptional patient care and support, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding results.

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned
• Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned
• Prepare for and assist Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Reinforce supports and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)
• Record on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered
• Maintain environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned
