Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day Shifts

The LPN provides direct and indirect patient care that addresses psychosocial, physical, and general care needs.

Responsibilities include:

communicating with physicians and team members about changes in patients’ clinical condition; responding quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment; and performing general nursing duties in all departments under supervision of a Registered Nurse.

• Active Indiana LPN Licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification (company-paid, obtained within 90 days of employment)
• Minimum of six months to one year of related work experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge

Competitive hourly rates, higher than market. Shift differentials paid for all weekend shifts. Sign‑on bonus of $7,500 or tuition reimbursement under a 2‑year commitment.
