* * the recovery journey for orthopedic patients by implementing specialized care plans that prioritize pain management, wound integrity, and the return of safe mobility.

* * the multidisciplinary approach by coordinating with surgeons, physical therapists, and specialists to ensure every treatment aligns with the patient's long-term functional goals.

* * patient progress with high clinical intuition, identifying subtle changes in condition to ensure a safe, complication-free recovery from surgery.

** What minimum requirements you'll need*
* Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

+ Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
