Responsibilities
- Assists in endoscopic surgical procedures as part of a professional care team.
- Collaborates with all members of the care team to provide exceptional care and compassion to patient population and families.
- Demonstrates strong written, verbal, and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Prioritizes, organizes, and multi‑tasks effectively.
- Is able to take direction well while also being self‑directed and motivated.
- Possesses a high degree of responsibility and responsiveness.
- Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or have at least three years of related professional nursing experience.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Previous endoscopy experience strongly preferred.
