Registered Nurse; RN - TMS - Anderson

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will manage patient care in a 29‑bed mixed‑acuity med‑surg/progressive care unit at Community Hospital Anderson, working three 12‑hour shifts per week. You will demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network.

• Demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission & goals of the Community Health Network.
• Manage patient care across the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost‑effective manner.
• Demonstrate skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and resource management.
• Work collaboratively with a great team in a fast‑paced environment.

• Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or possess three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
