Bridges of Hope is seeking PRN RN/LPNs with day, night, and weekend availability in Indiana. Starting pay is $38/hr for RN and $36/hr for LPN, with a $2/hr nights differential. You will complete intake assessments, monitor vitals, administer medications, and document care in Kipu.
This role requires an Indiana license, BLS, and 12-hour shifts. As a PRN nurse you must be available for two 12‑hour shifts per month and one holiday per year, supporting care in medical detox and residential settings
