Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN)
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a wound care nurse responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and treating in/outpatients' wounds according to policies and procedures.
Provide direct and indirect patient care in an acute setting, communicating effectively with physicians and team members about changes in clinical conditions, diagnostic results, and symptoms.
Perform general nursing duties across departments with appropriate supervision. While wound care certification and experience are preferred, training will be provided.

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Indiana RN or LPN licensure
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Effective communication skills in English
