Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee patient care plans, monitoring and recording patient status.
• Serve as primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines for seamless patient care.
• Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Indiana Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire, obtained through AHA or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.
