Paradigm Health is hiring a Full-time Hospice RN On-Call in Indiana. The RN will perform physical and psychosocial assessments for hospice patients, initiate and update the care plan, and collaborate with physicians to meet patient needs.
On-call shifts Monday-Thursday 5:00 pm - 8:00 am; territory responds within an hour. Must have 1 year RN experience, hospice preferred, Indiana RN license, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance.
