As a Beauty Consultant, you will sell LOEWE products and provide a high standard of service to customers throughout the entire sales process:

• Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both at the counter and through proactive traffic-stopping.
• Needs Identification: Identify, understand, and reformulate customer needs to propose personalized fragrance offers.
• Relationship Building: Develop personal and durable relationships through IT loyalty programs and sampling.
• Sales Targets: Achieve retail sales targets on a monthly basis.

  Educate customers on LOEWE products and the brand’s unique Spanish legacy and artisanal savoir-faire.
• Operations: Participate in merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelines, monitor stock levels, and complete administrative tasks.

We seek results-oriented individuals who are passionate about the luxury beauty environment:

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Languages:
  Advanced Spanish and English skills are required. Other languages are highly valuable.
• Experience: 2 years of previous professional experience in the retail or service industry. Ideally, experience in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
