- - Responsibilities:
People Leadership:
Responsible for employment decisions such as recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; builds an open-door culture and leverages feedback tools.;
Overall Store
Experience:
Lead associate and pet parent experience, ensure safety and high service standards, manage in-store operations and events.;
Business Management:
Analyze and report on store performance, manage expenses and labor within budget, drive profitability and P&L targets.;
Team coordination:
Create and post store schedules, manage payroll, and collaborate with Experience Leader and Process Leader to guide staff.;
Policy compliance and safety:
Ensure adherence to policies/procedures and maintain a safe environment for associates and pets.
