Greet, engage, and assist customers in person at the check lane; process customer transactions quickly and accurately; operate the Point of Sale system and handle tenders (cash, checks, card payments, SNAP EBT, WIC, coupons, and loyalty offers) per policy; monitor cash shortages/overages and help prevent loss; adhere to age-restricted item guidelines and store policies; report pricing discrepancies; follow procedures for stamps, gift cards, and coupons;

stay updated on ads and promotions; ensure food safety and safety compliance; perform preventive equipment maintenance; create a welcoming environment and assist customers throughout the store; comply with laws and guidelines; work effectively in a fast-paced environment; manage conflicts professionally; maintain honesty and integrity; seek assistance to resolve issues; support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults;

perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
