• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching will be provided.

Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $40,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Salary range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
