Concierge Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. This role focuses on customer service while working with clients in office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and other environments.

  Full-time, Friday through Monday, 3rd Shift, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $17 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Welcome guests, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of high school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of a comprehensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer proficiency
• Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
