Family Assessment Worker Healthy Families Salary

The Villages is seeking dedicated individuals to provide client centered and culturally competent family support services to children and their families through the Healthy Families program

• Conduct in home parent assessment interviews collect data and assess client needs
• Provide child development family safety and community resources to families
• Act as a liaison between Healthy Families and resource and referral agencies
• Demonstrate self motivation to assure contact expectations for each family are met
• Advocate for parents and children in the community and participate in community special events

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in working with and or providing services to children and families and community agencies
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
