Class A Dedicated Driver

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to operate on a dedicated national account serving the North Central regional lanes. This position is 100% no-touch dry van freight with weekly home time.

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport 53' dry van freight on assigned dedicated lanes.
• Perform 100% no-touch deliveries and maintain accurate trip, cargo, and log documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and company policy.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report defects or safety concerns.
• Comply with hours-of-service, cargo securement, and other federal, state, and company safety and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders to support timely and safe deliveries.
• Participate in required training, safety, and compliance programs as directed by the company.

• Operating lanes:
  North Central region — IA, IL, IN, MS, WI, KY, OH, TN, MI.
• Freight type: 100% no-touch dry van.
• Typical schedule:
  
  Out Sunday, home Friday; weekend work is voluntary.
• Drivers must be available for day and night driving as needed.
• Estimated weekly mileage: 1,400–2,000 miles.
• Orientation location:
  York, PA.

• Average weekly pay: $1,400–$1,500.
• Daily salary example: $247 per day.
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Valid Class A CDL with at least 1 year of recent Class A driving experience.
• Fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past five years.
• No DUI convictions in the past five years; recent criminal offenses will be reviewed as part of the safety assessment.
• No involuntary termination from most recent employment.
• Demonstrated stable 10-year work history with no major gaps in employment; no more than six months of unemployment in the last year and no more than one year of unemployment in the last three years, except for school or training.
• Ability to pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens.
• Residence: preference for candidates living within 50 miles of York, PA or Aberdeen, MD.
