We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day transportation, logistics, and vehicle maintenance operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands‑on position, takes pride in keeping equipment and spaces running efficiently, and can manage multiple priorities with a strong focus on safety and service.
Responsibilities- Safely operate company vehicles to complete scheduled pickups, deliveries, and other transportation assignments.
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely movement of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Inspect vehicles and equipment before and after use, documenting issues and reporting maintenance needs promptly.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles, tools, and facility equipment as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, maintenance logs, inventory, and delivery documentation.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials while following proper safety procedures.
- Support warehouse, yard, or facility operations as needed, including organizing supplies and maintaining clean work areas.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers to support efficient operations.
- Follow all applicable safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record, as required by the role.
- CLASS A CDL REQUIRED
- Experience in driving, delivery, logistics, maintenance, facilities, or a related hands‑on operational environment.
- Ability to perform basic mechanical and maintenance tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport materials as needed, consistent with job requirements.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic computer or mobile device skills for completing records and communication tasks.
- Commercial driving experience or additional licensing, if applicable.
- Experience with preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, or fleet support.
- Familiarity with logistics software, routing tools, or inventory systems.
- Previous experience supporting warehouse, operations, or facilities functions.
- A dependable, team‑oriented work environment.
