Knowledge equivalent to that gained through a bachelor’s degree combined with at least two years of experience in a Registrar’s Office in a university or college setting is preferred. Ability to work on multiple software systems such as Workday Student, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. The ability to read, analyze, and interpret government regulations and general business publications is required in addition to the ability to understand institutional policies and procedures, FERPA, or other federal and state regulations.
