• Operate light construction equipment such as off-shoulder type mower, roller, and patch truck
• Assist with site preparation, grading, trenching, and material handling
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Support crew members with general labor tasks as needed
• Read and interpret basic site plans or instructions

• Proven experience operating light construction equipment
• Must have a valid Class C Driver’s License
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong understanding of construction site safety practices
