Assistant Project Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join our client in the Greenville / Spartanburg area – the successful candidate will be a mid-level Construction Assistant Project Manager with experience within an established commercial General Contractor

They have won multiple awards for their exceptional projects delivered and their leadership within the industry. They have a strong focus on Commercial construction projects, including Retail, Hospitality, Offices, Multi-Family, Education & Healthcare.

Projects are kept local with minimal travel.

• A minimum of 2 years of progressive construction experience as an Assistant Project Manager within a General Contractor.
• Ground Up / Base Building project experience is advantageous
• Experience using Project Management Software, such as Procore or Bluebeam
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to bonus & a generous benefits package.
