- Collaborate on projects with teams to help communicate upcoming series, events, and vision through creative projects.
- Create content on a small scale and manage productions on a larger scale
- Produce projects for the church that include a person, place, or thing.
- Recruit and hire (when necessary) talent for projects.
- Scout locations and coordinate with property managers for and during filming opportunities.
- Create or find props, costumes, and set pieces used during projects.
- Manage budget and spending for projects.
- Schedule film dates for projects
- Prepare craft services based on shoot schedule and persons on set.
- Support continuity from brainstorm to filming through support and on-set assistance to Directors and crew.
- Lead and shepherd volunteers who serve in set design, on-screen talent, costume design, hospitality, and production assistance.
- Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of New Spring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
