Bonus points if you:
- Bring foundational knowledge of veterinary emergencies and understand the urgency, sensitivity, and precision these situations require.
- Have prior experience in veterinary or medical reception (preferred)
What you'll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for emergency clients, both on the phone and in person
- Triage incoming calls quickly and calmly while gathering key information
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet parents during high-stress moments
- Keep client records accurate and up to date to support smooth and effective care
- Manage appointment scheduling, billing, and a high caseload with organization and professionalism
- Maintain a polished and welcoming front desk, even during the busiest shifts
