- Demonstrated ability to communicate with colleagues, follow instructions and use problem solving skills to work as an effective member of the instructional team
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn new tasks
REPORTS TO:Principal
JOB GOAL:To assist in extending core academic support to individual students or groups.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborates with administrators and teachers.
- Assists with data collection, analysis of data results, and organization of the results.
- Plans and delivers instruction, remediation, or other learning activities to students in order to increase academic achievement in reading and math.
- Provides administration with regular reports regarding student progress.
- Maintains and submits accurate and up-to-date management records of all student progress.
- Maintains confidentiality concerning student records, data, and personal information.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- 25 hours weekly (part-time)
- The position runs through May 1, 2027.
EVALUATED BY: Performance of this job will be evaluated by the principal.
