Role Overview

Aegis, a division of Airsys, is seeking a Product Manager OR Product Engineer to lead product planning and execution for our advanced two-phase liquid and immersion cooling solutions for high-density data centers. This role owns the product vision and roadmap, translates customer and market needs into technical requirements, and works cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, sales, operations, and marketing to deliver innovative, scalable cooling technologies for AI and hyperscale workloads.

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Aegis two-phase liquid cooling platforms.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate customer, partner, and market requirements into MRDs and PRDs.
• Lead beta programs, pilots, and field trials for new immersion and two-phase cooling systems.
• Act as the internal subject-matter expert on two-phase heat transfer, dielectric fluids, tanks, CDUs, and competitive technologies.
• Partner closely with R&D and engineering to assess feasibility, performance, reliability, and sustainability of new designs.
• Develop cost models, project estimates, and business cases for new product introductions.
• Support field deployments, commissioning, and performance validation at customer sites.
• Create technical specifications, application guidelines, and product documentation.
• Support key customer engagements and provide escalation-level technical guidance.
• Train sales, applications, and service teams on product capabilities, positioning, and updates.
• Support pricing, margin, and lifecycle strategies aligned with growth and profitability goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of product management or technical leadership experience in data center cooling, liquid cooling, immersion, or advanced thermal systems

• Strong understanding of two-phase heat transfer, boiling/condensation principles, dielectric fluids, and thermal system design
  .
• Experience with data center infrastructure, rack-level cooling, CDUs, or high-density compute environments.
• Proficiency with engineering tools, documentation, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and commercial teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
