Duties & Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.

* Handle any and all financial requests from members.

* Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of all credit union products and services.

* Responsible for Daily Cash Balancing.

* Answering phone calls and emails and any other duties within the credit union that are needed.

* Provide excellent service to all credit union members.

Qualifications:

* HS Diploma/GED required.

* Specialized knowledge, including Credit Union Experience and/or Banking Experience is preferred but not required

* Cash Handling, Member Services, and/or Customer Service Experience preferred but not required.
