** Senior Financial Analyst
** within the Commercial Finance department reporting to the Director of Commercial Finance.  Come join the Finance team at the most exciting and innovative tool company in the world!

** Primary Responsibilities
*** Conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions and improve financial performance.
* Partner with key business leaders within Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to deliver on business objectives.
* Preparation of financial models and ad hoc analysis to support leadership.
* Provide support for month end reporting, forecasting, & budget process.
* Maintain financial datasets, providing accurate profitability analysis for a business unit.
* Development and implementation of new reporting tools to meet growing business demands.
* Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes and propose improvements.
* Play a key role in the preparation of the Quarterly Financial Operations Review.
* Participate in strategic financial projects.
* Responsible for business unit P&L variance analysis and explanations.
** Requirements
* *** Knowledge:
*** Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Access
* Previous SAP and/or HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience is a plus
* Proficiency in accounting and financial analysis
* Flexible, self-starter with ability to work independently
* Detail oriented with strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
* Team-oriented with ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional and positive manner
* Ability to work in exploratory spaces and help build solutions to new opportunities
* Results driven individual with a track record to support
* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
* Project management skills, organized, ability to multitask with careful attention to detail
* Strong analytical skills

* Experience:

*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
* 3+ years' finance and accounting experience - preferably for a large corporation
* Experience leading/managing projects highly desired
* Experience with in a global manufacturing organization with multiple reporting units preferred
