- Own and elevate GAAP‑compliant financial reporting across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
- Serve as the primary business partner to the CEO, translating financial data into actionable strategy
- Strengthen financial planning & analysis to improve decision support and margin optimization
- Manage lender relationships and ensure full compliance with debt covenants and reporting requirements
- Oversee cash management, forecasting, and working capital performance
- Lead audit relationships (internal & external) and ensure regulatory/tax compliance
Provide leadership across finance operations while maintaining a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” execution mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CMA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Prior manufacturing industry experience is required
- Proven experience operating as a Controller with full‑cycle reporting responsibility
- Strong FP&A and financial modeling expertise
- Experience leading small‑to‑mid‑sized company finance functions with exposure to HR, insurance, and administrative oversight
- Demonstrated ability to partner strategically with executive leadership and financial institutions
- Analytical operator who can turn data into insight and influence executive decisions
