THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a strategic finance leadership role for someone who thrives in a complex global environment. The person in this seat will drive the global close, lead the IFRS transition, own the consolidation platform, and partner with the CFO on M&A support, Treasury, and Board-level reporting.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Direct global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for all reporting locations.
- Lead the IFRS transition initiative for the organization.
- Own and expand the global financial reporting consolidation platform.
- Ensure global compliance with the internal control framework and SOX requirements.
- Direct the global annual standard cost-setting process using full absorption accounting.
- Serve as Treasury leader and global bank account manager.
- Support M&A transactions including legal entity creation and coordination with international counsel.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA license preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Experience in manufacturing operations environments.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams across a global organization.
- Role requires occasional international travel.
