Position DetailsPosition:
Caregiver / Personal Care Aide (PCA)
Pay: $14 - $15 per hour
Location:
Seneca & Oconee County (Client Homes)
Schedule:
Flexible — Days, Evenings, Weekends Available

- ON-THE-JOB TRAINING — We invest in your growth
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders (non-medical)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands
- Document care provided accurately
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Comfortable with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.)
- Ability to read, write, and follow care plan directions
- Demonstrate consistent reliability and follow through on commitments
- Treat every client with dignity and patience and respect.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and staff
