Network​/Systems Technician - Manufacturing

Overview

Network/Systems Technician opening in Liberty, SC for a hands-on IT Technician with Manufacturing industry experience. In this role you will provide hands-on technical support for office and production-floor systems. This role supports Windows workstations, industrial scanners and printers, network-connected devices, and Teams-enabled meeting rooms to ensure reliable day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with manufacturing operations to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced industrial production environment.

Must be an independent, self-directed worker.

• 2+ years of IT support experience, with some experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Support Windows 10/11 workstations and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, o365).
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addressing, DNS, VPN, DHCP).
• Support production-floor technology including barcode scanners, industrial printers, etc.
• Diagnose system performance issues with strong networking and systems methodology.
• Partner with engineering/automation teams on basic network configuration needs regarding industrial equipment.
• Associate degree in IT, some college, Network+ or CCNA required
