Primary Responsibilities- Strong understanding of business process, as well as detailed communication and follow up is essential to this role.
- Facilitate detailed project timelines, track deliverables, ensure deadlines are met and communicate to cross-functional teams, potential risks or delays.
- Help maintain and implement project management processes and problem solve project inefficiencies.
- Strong understanding of website development workflows, testing, and cross-functional partner collaboration. Ability to work and provide solutions in a very fast-paced environment to support the business.
- Ability to manage or mentor other Project Managers with coaching and leadership to develop the most productive skills.

Strong understanding of cross-functional teams, all workflow processes, and products.
Requirements- 4-year college degree, 5+ years of project management experience.
- Proven success managing complex, high-volume digital projects from kickoff to delivery.
- Exceptional organizational, file management, scheduling and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of Workfront, creative workflows and approval cycles
- Experience with Shopify or eCommerce builds
- Familiar with agile frameworks
