Field Service Technician

Required Skills & Experience - 5+ year of experience in desktop support, field services, help desk, or IT support

Experience installing, troubleshooting, and upgrading PC hardware

Job Description:

A client of Insight Global is seeking Field Service Technicians to support a PC deployment and technology project across multiple healthcare facilities. This individual will be responsible for installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware while providing hands-on technical support to end users throughout the deployment process. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, traveling between locations, and interacting with both clinical and administrative staff.
