The Program Manager oversees all Appalachian Council of Governments (ACOG) services provided by Meals on Wheels - Anderson, ensuring compliance with Federal and State guidelines. In addition, the Program Manager will oversee Site Coordinators at Group Dining Sites. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate client data, coordinating program reporting, conducting quality assurance reviews, and facilitating communication with ACOG contractors. The Program Manager also develops site activity calendars and supports day-to-day operations.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
