Bosch - - - Responsibilities:
Lead shopfloor associates in safety, quality, and cost driven performance.;
Monitor shift results to KPI targets to meet departmental objectives and react quickly to deviations to product flow and equipment/operational topics.;
Manage all production and personnel activities in the department on shift including training, disciplinary actions, performance appraisals, and staffing decisions.;
Coordinate production schedule to meet customer delivery requirements efficiently.;
Drive cost reduction projects and productivity improvements.
