Now Hiring:
Clean & Prep Operative (1st Shift & 2nd Shift)

Location: Anderson, SC
Pay Range: $17.75 - $22.51/hour

✔ Prepare metal parts for painting and coating

✔ Use hand and power tools to clean surfaces

✔ Inspect work for quality and accuracy

✔ Follow safety and quality standards to ensure top-tier production

✔ Work as part of a fast-paced, high-performing team

What We’re Looking For

✅
Previous manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)

✅
Willingness to be trained in:

• Quality & Safety
• Blueprint Reading
• Hand-Held Gauges
• Rust Prevention
• Weld Characteristics
• Final Inspection

✅ Ability to read and follow directions and operate machinery

✅ Strong attention to detail and quality

✅
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods

✅ Ability to complete Job-Specific Standard Work Instructions and Job Safety Analysis

✅
Pulmonary Function Test required for roles using an air-supplied hood
