General Operator ; IMPB Joint Packs; 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Safely operate IMPB machinery and equipment in alignment with standard operating procedures and production schedules.
• Assemble, label, and package joint packs to meet company and customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct in-process inspections, verify quantities and part numbers, and report any product defects or deviations to supervisors.
• Safely move raw materials and finished goods using approved handling equipment and maintain proper inventory organization.
• Observe equipment performance, detect operational issues, and promptly communicate concerns to maintenance or leadership.
• Complete production records, quality check sheets, and inventory logs accurately and on schedule.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements; participate in safety training and initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace consistent with 5S and continuous improvement practices.
• Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets and support department objectives.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate production and material handling equipment.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills for following instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

This position involves standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment.

• Exposure to machinery, production noise, varying temperatures, and industrial materials.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and use of hand tools.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed.

No travel is required for this position.
