Your impact

From first cut to final installation, you’ll transform drawings into durable, precise metal parts and assemblies that meet demanding specifications and safety expectations.

What you’ll doRead and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints to plan fabrication steps.

Cut, weld (MIG/TIG), and shape metal to build structural frameworks and machine parts.

Fit, assemble, and install completed components and structures per spec.

Inspect for dimensional accuracy and finish; correct deviations promptly.

Partner with engineering/design teams to ensure manufacturability and functionality.

How you’ll be evaluated

Precision and accuracy of fabricated components.

Steadfast compliance with quality and safety standards.

Decision latitude

Exercise judgment in selecting fabrication methods and materials, and propose process improvements that elevate quality, safety, or throughput.
