Mold Setter​/Changeover Technician

** 1. Scope of the position
** To carry out activities of mould set ups to ensure efficient production unit.
2. Key Responsibility Effectively plan for mould changes ensuring all safety procedures are followed and mould change can be completed efficiently and effectively

Carry out mould and automation changes: set up complete only when first piece inspection is passed.

Continuously strive to reduce changeover times

Fine tune machines after set ups and carry out repairs where appropriate

Creating, updating and filing set up sheets.

Continuously review machine efficiencies, downtime, reject levels and make efficiency improving recommendations.
3. Key Performance Indicators Reduction in changeover times for moulds and automation.

Number of efficiency-improving recommendations implemented per quarter.

** Responsibility to make recommendations regarding set up improvement, machine performance and efficiency.| || |
