- Final Assembly Operations:
Perform assembly of components and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures. - Quality Assurance:
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements; identify and report defects or discrepancies. - Tool & Equipment Use:
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment required for final assembly processes. - Production Efficiency:
Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and adherence to quality standards. - Documentation:
Accurately complete production records, checklists, and required documentation in a timely manner. - Material Handling:
Move materials and components within the work area using proper handling techniques and equipment. - Continuous Improvement:
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. - Safety & Housekeeping:
Follow all safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
This position may require standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 50 lbs while working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and industrial conditions
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
- Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime as needed
