Value Stream Manager – 3rd Shift

• Plan and execute production schedules to meet customer demand
• Monitor and manage key performance metrics: safety, quality, velocity, cost
• Develop and coach team members for growth and advancement
• Identify and eliminate safety hazards to keep operations secure
• Drive continuous improvement through TER and Lean practices
• Maintain 5S (CANDO), visual factory, and preventative maintenance standards
• Encourage member input and foster open communication
• Manage team performance, including evaluations, coaching, and corrective action
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Systems, Engineering, and CI teams to optimize processes

• Broad knowledge of supervisory techniques and manufacturing functions
• 5+ years in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role preferred
• Strong communication & leadership skills with a people-first approach
• Ability to navigate production areas—including confined spaces and elevated platforms
• A continuous improvement mindset—always looking for ways to improve
