Now Hiring:Production Welders Starting Pay Rates on Experience & Pre-Employment Test Results:
- Production Welder A: $26.50
- Production Welder B: $24.50
- Production Welder C: $20.75
- Perform MIG welding on metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment
- Inspect welds for quality and precision
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace
- Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication (preferred but not required)
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
