• Anderson, SC Activities Define and lead the activities needed to achieve the deliverables Responsible for safety, quality, cost and delivery of assigned shift Responsible to lead team and promote teamwork to achieve objectives Closley monitor quality levels and root cause; correcting any non conformances Maintain processes per the process control plans and ensure associates are following the standards Supervise production associates Consistently apply policies and procedures Develop, Implement, and evaluate continuous improvement plans Continually work to understand the customer's requirment in terms of quality and delivery Provide feedback to department manager about any quality or production concerns Develop all associates into cross-trained, high performing team members Missions Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of on time delivery, and product quality.

Develop a team in production that will provide a consistently high quality product in an efficient manner Competences requirements Knowledge / Qualifications HS diploma/GED Adequate leadership training Previous Experience (if relevant) Previous experience in the automotive sector is an added advantage Key technical competencies Proven record of delivering results Open to new concepts and innovation with application to problem solving and productivity improvement Key behavioral competencies (be customer‑centric, cultivate innovation, act with audacity, drive results, collaborate, drive engagement, value differences, be resilient, develop yourself) Leadership, able to make clear synthesis, organized, rigorous, team player Ability to plan, organize and prioritize Communication capability skills towards all management levels Safety minded Good written and verbal communication Ability to manage priorities and demonstrate a high level reactivity in critical situaitons.
